What is a Log-In Streak?
A log-in streak is a record of how many days in a row you have logged into Adopt Me. A streak starts once you have logged on for at least 2 days in a row!
How do I maintain my streak?
You can maintain your streak by logging into Adopt Me at least once per day. This will be indicated by the Star Rewards pop-up when you first log in and be shown next to your house in the Neighborhood. Users who are subscribed to Adopt Me Pets+ will not lose their streak.
What is a streak used for?
A streak can be used to collect special rewards called Star Rewards based on what day you are currently on in your streak. The longer your streak, the more you can get! Your current streak will always be displayed on a sign outside of your house in the Neighborhood for other players to see.
I've lost my streak, what should I do?
Losing a streak can be discouraging, but it’s not the end of the world. You can always start again and get back on track. So don’t give up, you’ve got this!
If you’ve been keeping a streak for more than 30 days, you can contact our friendly support team and they’ll help you get your streak back. This is a one-time opportunity that we give to all our users who qualify.
How do I know if I've lost my streak?
If you've logged back on after being away for a day or two and spot that your streak is at 1, this means your streak has broken.
