At this time, Advanced Build Tools are not available when using a controller. This means if you are playing Roblox with a controller on your PC/Mobile device, or playing on Xbox or PlayStation, you will unfortunately be unable to use these tools.
If you are playing on PC/Mobile, unplug or disconnect your controller and restart Roblox, and you should be able to access the tools using your keyboard, mouse, or touch enabled device.
