In an effort to reduce lag and improve player experience in-game, players are limited to placing 3,900 furniture items within their house. We understand that players wish to create extravagant builds, and we don't want to limit their creative prowess, however, too many items can cause extreme lag which becomes problematic for building too.
Another furniture limit is placed on the display stands, which is an item in itself that causes extreme lag in large numbers, so users are capped at placing 30 stands.
Will the limit be increased?
Right now we will not be increasing the build limit any further. The current limit is in place to reduce lag caused within the servers. This is difficult for us to increase to allow users to create elaborate houses without ruining the gameplay experience for other users within the server.
Our development team are always reviewing ways to reduce these limitations while maintaining the current standard of gameplay, so when Roblox features improve, it is something that can be revisited.
