Due to international data laws, we can't keep a user's data for long time periods. This also includes information on the reason for a user's ban. Once that data is gone, we can't allow a user to appeal their ban for safety purposes, as we cannot check what caused the ban and can't risk unbanning someone who has caused harm to our community or staff previously and may continue to do so.
With this being the case, we do not accept appeals if the user has been banned for longer than 180 days. If you have received a ban, we highly recommend appealing within six months, as we will not be able to assist you afterwards.
