Looking for a new color for your pet? This guide will teach you all about Pet Coloring.

Where do I go to change my pet's color?

To change your pet's color, visit the Salon during the day. Once you've done this, a Salon Worker can assist you in changing your pets color. Once a color has been selected, the Salon Worker can spray it on your pet to give them a whole new look.

How long does a pet's color last?

Colored dye lasts for 20 minutes after being applied. Once the 20 minutes has passed, the color will fade and you will need to visit the Salon again.

If a Paint Sealer has been applied to your pet after applying a color, the color will be permanently applied. Please note if the pet is used in creating a neon/mega neon or is traded, their color will fade regardless of if a Paint Sealer was used.

What is a Paint Sealer?

A Paint Sealer is a special one-time use item that allows your pet to permanently keep its color after it's been dyed.

How do I use a Paint Sealer?

To use a Paint Sealer, simply color your pet in the Salon and then spray it with the Sealer from your inventory.

Before using the Sealer, it will be confirmed whether or not you'd like to use it. Here are a few other things to keep in mind before using a sealer:

  • A pet's color will fade if you use them to make a neon
  • A pet's color will fade if the pet is traded away
  • Be positive you want to use it, because once you've used it, it can't be used again without getting another one.

How do I get a Paint Sealer?

Paint Sealers can be acquired through one of three methods:

  1. Purchased for 20 Robux
  2. Lures within your home (2% chance)
  3. Trading with other players

Can I undo the effects of a Paint Sealer?

Yes! Speak to Rusty in the Salon and he can remove the effects of Paint Sealers free of charge! Please note removing the effects of the Paint Sealer does not return the Paint Sealer to your inventory.

If a colored pet is used in a neon, will the color transfer?

No, the color doesn't transfer to the neon or mega neon pet if a colored pet is used in the creation process. Make sure to consider which pets you want to use before creating a neon or mega neon!
