How will I know when Support returns my items?

If you have made a ticket with our Support team and have requested a return of your lost items, you will be told by the agent that they have returned them. Typically, they will let you know when to expect them, or let you know that they'll be available when you next join the game.


If you're still unsure, you can log into the game and check. If the items have been returned, you'll see a message appear that looks like this:



It will notify you that one of our members of staff have returned your items, and will list what has been returned. 


In the event that you think clicked past it, or were told your items were returned and this didn't appear, it is worth checking your inventory to see if they popped up. If not, return to our Support team and inform them that you did not receive the items.
