Hi!!
I need urgent support but i cannot get the support I'm looking for from the support website so I'm sending a forum instead!
On my Roblox account "foxtailwithu" i cannot play adopt me because when I try to join it says I'm banned permanently, but when I tried to appeal through the support website, the data is saying i wasn't banned? I'm so confused cause i can't even get into adopt me in Roblox because it says I'm banned but your support website is saying I'm not banned? I'm very very confused and i don't know what to do!
Please please help me out, i had lots of good pets in that account and i wish to transfer those pets to my current Roblox account!
Please help me out, or contact me as soon as you can!

Hey HelloKitty!
If it is showing you have been banned in-game but our automated system is not detecting your ban, this means your ban occurred in either 2023 or earlier.
As per our policies, due to multiple factors we only allow for bans that are less than 180 days old (as of today that cut off would be May 26th 2024). As such, when transferring to our new ban system, we only transferred any ban that occurred in 2024 to the new system.
While we are unable to assist with your ban, I have noted your feedback and will be ensuring the wording of this prompt is changed to accurately reflect the above.
Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, as over 180 days have passed we are not able to review the ban due to data retention reasons (we are required to delete data after a certain period of time has passed). As such, there is not anything we are able to do to assist in this matter.
I do understand that this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however, we greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I did not expect a response i completely lost hopes but thank you so much for atleast responding to me.
is there any other way I can appeal for the ban or get unbanned on that Roblox account, or is there anything you guys can do to help me out, since it's saying I've been banned for cross trading, but I've never cross traded, I only sometimes transfered my pets from one account to another!
I'm willing to take responsibility, if that's something that isn't allowed in adopt me but please if you guys can do anything at all, please look into my issue and help me get my account unbanned, i worked very hard for the pets in that account and I wish to transfer them to my current Roblox account, since i only played Roblox just to play adopt me!
I'll put down the username of the account here again so if you guys can do anything at all, please help me out!!
