Not getting back pets after getting scammed even though there is a trading system

Hello! My name is Claudia and 2 years ago when I was playing adopt me I got hacked and all my pets were traded to some random account. I reported and till this day I still have not gotten any of my pets back. Furthermore, I got scammed yesterday and I reported it and I still did not get my pet back. You have a trading system but why haven’t I received any of my pets back even after two years?? I lost so many valuable pets and I thought one day I’ll be able to get it back but I did not. Pls do something about it as I lost my time in grinding and actually working hard on the game. All of my hard work was gone.

I am sorry to hear you've had some trouble with getting pets returned.

To answer your questions in order:

In regards to the hack, when it comes to getting a hack reversal, you not only will need to report the trades in-game, but you also need to contact Roblox Support in order to have your account restored (this is a required step for us to verify you as the account owner and to verify an account hack has occurred in the first place) and contact our team at playadopt.me/support. Our initial hack returns system closed in October 2022 with our new one opening up in February 2024. If you got a hacked ticket in before our shut down, you should have already received a response from our team to your email before August 2023 as we changed support systems. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with hacks that are 2 years old at this point due to data retention reasons.
Regarding the scam you mentioned, we do not offer reversals for scams at this time. We do, however, encourage you to report the trades as mentioned as these reports can be used to find trends and allow us to action.

I greatly understand you were hoping for better news, but I do greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
