Parent complaint

I have been playing with my son since late 2019 (Elanrosa2010) and have a streak of 1494 days. I say this because so far you guys have continued to be amazing and I really appreciate it! However the halloween ending was very unclear. No one ever said it was the last day to spend the purple pumpkins and it was clear that you could spend your candy for another week but no one said that this would be limited to small amounts of items at a time. I lost over 300 pumpkins ( do work and my son is autistic so I try to get him things that he cannot) and now that the week is ending you are again unclear as to when the last rotation items will disappear. One video says the rotation ends with the update on friday but the sign at the wagon this evening (thursday night) says 15 more hours till new items. Does that mean we have friday to spend or will it end with the update? You guys have always been so so clear and I am surprised by this. Sincerely, -Elans Mom, Laura
