TABLE OF CONTENTS

Windows PC

Snipping Tool

On a Windows 10 or newer PC, there is an application called Snipping Tool. This will allow you to take a screenshot of a certain part of your screen and save it as a file to send to us. To take a screenshot with Snipping Tool, open the application and select the "New" button to create a new screenshot. From there, drag your mouse over the section of your screen you want to screenshot.

Certain PC keyboards also have a Print Screen/PrtSc key on the righthand side of the keyboard. This key allows you to screenshot the entire screen. You can then paste the screenshot into a drawing program such as Paint, which comes pre-installed on most Windows computers, and crop and save the image.

Mac

Keyboard

On Macbooks or iMac computers, you can use Command⌘ + Shift + 3 to take a screenshot of the full screen or Command⌘ + Shift + 5 to capture a certain part of the screen. These screenshots will be saved on your device's desktop once created.
