In November of 2023, I had lost all my pets due to a hacker getting access to my emails. And while I did take all the necessary precautions to ensure my security, they managed to get into my account and take every I have. I did manage to get it back, however it was too late. This was during the time when adopt did not allow pet returns, so I lost

-100+ ride potions.

-a bunch of mega neon & neon legendary pets.

-A lot of old pets.

-Etc...

After that I did take all the necessary measures to report them to both adopt me and Roblox. However Roblox did not offer reimbursement, so I quit playing. And now that the hacked policy is open again, I was wondering if there is a way to get my pets back despite it being more than 14 days past the event.

Also, when this person took my email account, I focused more on getting my email account back because it has access to all my social media accounts. She tried to get more victims, and confessed to blackmailing.

I had try to contact adopt me support, but they never offered any solution. The most they told me was to contact Roblox for compensation since they didn't offer a return, Roblox wasn't much help either. I also haven't traded since my hacking, so it's possible that the data could still be there.

I'm sorry to hear that this happened. The Hacked Queue re-opened a year ago in January 2024, and we would have had solutions to assist if you had contacted us at that time, but as it has been well over a year, we cannot offer any form of return or compensation at this point.
