Haven’t received Mistletoe Treat gamepasses

On the day these treat gamepasses released, I bought five (I have photo proof) and then it did not give me the treat and kicked me out of the game. Adopt me sent a message saying it would take four days or your robux would be refunded. It is the fifth day and I have not received my robux nor my treats.
