Items in inventory won't load for atleast a week

My pets in my inventory won't load, only the legendaries and the ultra-rares won't load, this is happening to most of my sections in my inventory, in pets, vehicles and toys. Its been happening around a week. I wait for it to load {I play atleast 30-1hr per day} it doesn't load, even when I search those items up they won't show any image of the item. Note that only the legendaries and the ultra-rares won't load, the other rarities load fine.
