i bought a golden mistletoe treat just after the update came out, my game crashed just after the payment went through and the robuxs left my account, the game reloaded on my device and it gave me a pop up saying that i hadn’t received the golden mistletoe treat and if i hadn’t received it in the next 4 days roblox would refund me, but i’ve heard nothing again from the adopt me team and still i haven’t received the treat i payed for after 2 days of waiting and being on nearly constantly. can someone tell me what’s going on please because that treat wasn’t cheap and id like to receive the thing i payed for.
