Regarding the Mistletoe Purchasing Issues

Hey all!

We are aware of an issue regarding purchasing the Golden Mistletoe Robux item.

We have since pushed out a fix that should allow these items to be obtained. With this fix, you should also see the items added to your inventory upon logging in.

If you do not see the Golden Mistletoe you have purchased, this can take up to 72 hours due to Roblox payment processing. Please remain patient, as you should either be given the item or an automatic Robux refund.


If the Golden Mistletoe doesn't appear in your inventory after 72 hours have passed, please contact Adopt Me Support for instructions on what steps can be taken next!
