i can't go to the adoption island!! when i teleported to "gifts" it automatically reset my character and go back to my house, its been a few times!! i can go to a place for example like nursery, or baby shop. but when i can't leave the nursery and it automatically teleports me into my house

Can you please let me know your Roblox username as well as check for any console logs you get while playing? You can get these by typing /console in chat.
