So i attempted to purchase a 1700 robux package in game during the new update. I only had 9 and needed the new Fairy Dragon. During the update, adopt me ether crashed or reset and i did not get my purchase. My Roblox is associated to my MS Store account on PC. It does not show in my transaction history is Roblox and my dragon and remaining robux did and have not shown up. The payment was taken from my MS Store balance. MS are a farcical bunch and will do nothing about this given it's in game currency etc and purchased via a third party etc. I have also noted, that since this has occurred my Adopt me will crash 1x when i first start playing it (on start up) and then will work fine, Very odd. I have reset my MS Store as this is on PC, and have also reset Roblox etc but to no avail. I have included screen shots of the error i now get when try to purchase the 1700 robux package, and proof of my payment on 6th december for 1700 robux. I have also contact Roblox but they say since it was purchased in game they can't help either. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact via support - maybe because it's the weekend?

Looking into the messaging itself, firstly you are correct, Adopt Me Support only operates Monday to Friday during the week. As a result, our live chat on playadopt.me/support will be closed on the weekends.


In regards to your purchase, because the purchase is not showing up in your Roblox purchase history, this means the purchase failed on Roblox's end, not on Adopt Me's end, and in most cases the Robux associated with the purchase will be refunded to your Roblox account. Unfortunately, if it's not showing up in your Roblox purchase history, this means our team will not be able to see it, as the purchase never reached our services.


For details on your refund, I recommend contacting Roblox Support at Roblox.com/support


I understand that this isn't the answer you were hoping for, however, I greatly appreciate your understanding.
