i had money tkaing out of my acocunt on the 12th and still havent received any of the iteams nor the vip, this may have glitched bc its my 2nd time and when it tried to renew it didnt work then a couple days late it took the money out.

To use the live chat, you will need to visit https://www.playadopt.me/support
From there, you can select the button that says "Get Support". This has a Red Panda on it. This will instruct you to sign into and authorize your Roblox account. You are not able to use our live chat system without being signed into a Roblox account for security reasons.
Once you have done this, you will be brought back to the Support page where the chat widget will open in the bottom right corner of the page.
