There hasn't been a hospital task after any campground task since Friday, 8 November 2024. Is this a bug or has the task been removed.

I am pleased to report all public servers that I have been in the last 2 days the hospital task has followed the campground task. Thank you for fixing - I have marked post as solved.

This issue had been resolved for approx 24hrs but not it has become a problem again on public servers.

No hospital tasks on 2 servers today after the campground task :-/

I saw a comment on the weekly news released yesterday on Youtube that private servers have the hospital task, I tried it today and yes, the hospital task happened as normal after the campground task. All the public servers I have been on over the last 4 days don't.

I think it was on purpose, because every now and then the task appears, but rarely :/
