My pets did not show after trade

I traded my frost dragon to my alt account, then my alt back to my main. But I didnt recieve a frost dragon. Somehow it was recorded on my trade license but only on my alt. in my main account it did not get recorded. I am devastated right now, I worked hard for the forst dragon T^T Please bring me back my frost adopt me..

Hey Virgo!

In the trade with your alt, it appears the 4 and 3 are swapped. As such, this was traded to a different account.

It is always best to make absolutely sure that the name you are trading a pet to matches the name you are expecting to trade it to, including having the smiley face icon if you are trading with a friend or an account that is on your friends list.
