When I submitted the support form, it said that ‘You are not allowed to use this application. You can try switching accounts to continue.’
I think this might be a bug since I have tries the form several times but it just keeps recurring. I hope this gets fixed before 14 days so I can get my scammed pets back.

This is not a bug. In this case, this means Roblox's login is detecting that the account you are attempting to contact us with has a birthday that puts it under the age of 13.
If this is an error, please contact Roblox Support to have the birthday on your account changed (as, if you are reporting an account hack you will need to contact them anyways. Adopt Me Support doesn't return scammed pets at this time).
If the account is meant to be under 13, please have a parent or guardian contact us at parents@uplift.games
