I tried to buy the golden wheat, my account was charged but i got an error message and I don't have the item even when leaving and rejoining

In this case, it sounds like there was a failure on Roblox's part when it comes to the purchase.
If you do not see the item in your Roblox transaction history, this means Roblox should automatically refund the Robux after a set period of time. If you do see it in your transaction history, please contact my Support team during our business hours at playadopt.me/support in order to have a member of the team investigate further.
