My subscription renewed today but I haven't recieved the perks again in game? So I've spent £3.99 for nothing.

Perks can take up to 24 hours to appear from the renewal date (the date on your Roblox account that shows when your subscription renews, not the date you are charged). As such, if you're subscription renews on November 1st, it may take up to end of day November 2nd for these perks to appear.
