Hi. I have had the subscription since the first day it released and since, I’ve had it on auto renewal. I haven’t had an issue with it renewing itself in the past, but as of late yesterday (Oct. 31st) I was unable to equip 2 pets, and when I checked my membership statuses in the App Store it said it would renew today (Nov. 1st).
Once I went on roblox, it had said purchase has been processed, however, I didn’t receive any of the actual items from the membership. Although I have the VIP status (I have not bought just VIP previously), I do not have the pet handler pro certificate (nor the ability to equip 2 pets) or the golden petunia/the sticker pack.
I’m also unable to renew the membership though game (see photo).
My App Store says that my membership has been renewed (auto-renewing on Dec. 1st) so I’m not sure what’s happening with my membership and account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Firstly, for privacy reasons I have removed photos.
Secondly, in regards to your subscription, subscription benefits can take up to 24 hours to appear after payment has been processed. If you have not received your benefits by Monday, as our Support chat is closed on the weekends, please reach out to my team and we will be more than happy to investigate further!
