I got sent to chat with bots instead of humans.

For assistance with a hack, you will need to go through our chat process, as we are unable to assist with topics that are covered by our chat queues in the Support Forums.

All support topics in our chat do begin with a bot process for the purposes of both information collecting to speed up the process once you are passed to a human or to handle smaller issues that do not require human intervention. All chat bots are labeled with the word "Bot" in their name so you can tell whether you are speaking to a bot or a human.

One other thing of note for hacked accounts is if you have not contacted Roblox Support first to get your account secured by them, we are not able to assist, as we require this contact as proof that the account is hacked due to privacy rules not allowing us access to any information that is not already publicly available on your Roblox profile.

I would like my pets back please, I spent 760+ hours on this game. It took me so long to get to that point. 

I didn’t know that joining a Roblox group and subscribing to the hacker’s yt channel “xDevClar” would result with me being hacked…

But I really love this game. I don’t wanna quit this game..

I also have video of the person who hacked my account and what was stolen.

It was also hacked, the hacker’s username was “got_you28” 

He hacked into my account, changing my passwords too.

I didn’t know back then that by joining Roblox groups and subscribing to his YouTube channel (xDevClar) would result in me being hacked. I just hope I could get my pets back.
