I had the pets plus subscription and I know that we are given a certificate, but I had my old certificate that i had for a while and I didn't get the certificate from the subscription. Please help me with this problem when you can.

The account is Dnacing_lollipop. I don't know if it was a glitch or if I just never got it. I just know I had one from a while ago and I never used it.
