My daughter LibertyEverest (I’m ghostleighxo) bough the VIP package and she is unable to exit or select floor the elevator in the house. It seems the button on the door is missing. I’ve tried it on my account as well.

It's happening to me as well, just now i was going to report when i saw this. Basically, you can enter the elevator but then you have no prompt to choose to what floor you want to go. You can only leave the elevator only by resetting your character, or pressing the Exit Home button. I tried going to someone else's VIP house to test it, same result.

same thing has been happening to me, I just recently bought the pets plus for the first time.
