there is a problem with the support system some accounts arnt able to get in to the support for an unknown reason.

Hey!
If you are seeing this error, it means the Roblox account you are trying to log in with is under the age of 13. Due to data privacy laws and Roblox Authorization rules, no account under the age of 13 is able to use our chat system.
In order to get support, you will either need to contact Roblox Support to have your account age changed (if this was a mistake) or have a parent/guardian reach out to us at parents@uplift.games to get further support.
