I have pets plus, but it won’t let me have any of the benefits. I can’t have two pets out at once

For privacy reasons I have removed the screenshot that you have sent showing your purchase history.
In regards to not being able to equip 2 pets at once, please check your inventory for a Pet Handler Pro Certificate. As of August 30th 2024, all subscriptions that either start or renew after that date will give you a Pet Handler Pro Certificate instead of the automatic ability to equip 2 pets at once. The certificate is for you to either keep to use on yourself or to trade to another player if you would like!
